We are Catholic sisters in Uganda who serve through the media. Together we help the Church speak with one clear and caring voice.
About CSCN
CSCN brings together Catholic religious sisters in Uganda who work in communication: on radio, in print, behind cameras and on social media. Many serve alone in their congregations. Together we are better trained, better supported and better heard.
Vision
Communicating with full presence as the Good Samaritan.
Mission
To promote a coordinated approach among all people for effective evangelization through the media.
Motto
Creating Ripples
What we do
Programmes, reflections and interviews for Catholic and community radio, and audio that people can replay on their phones.
Newsletters, articles and booklets that tell the stories of faith and service across Uganda.
Short films and photographs that let people see the Church at work in schools, hospitals and homes.
Websites, WhatsApp, Facebook and YouTube, used with care to reach young people where they already are.
Workshops and mentoring that help sisters write, record, film and post with skill and confidence.
Sisters from different congregations share skills, equipment and opportunities, and speak together on what matters.
